- Never wring or twist — gently squeeze out excess water
- Machine wash only on a delicate/silk cycle in a mesh laundry bag
DRYING
- Never tumble dry silk
- Lay flat on a clean dry towel away from direct sunlight
- Silk dries quickly — usually within 1–2 hours indoors
IRONING
- Iron on the lowest setting while slightly damp
- Always iron on the reverse side
- Use a pressing cloth between the iron and silk for extra protection
STORAGE
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light
- Avoid plastic bags — silk needs to breathe; use a cotton storage bag
- Keep away from perfume and deodorant sprays as alcohol can damage silk fibres
